So let me ask you, how much stuff are you taking on and carrying around for and from others?
Yes, THAT stuff can be cleaned out!! Yep, let it go!
Sometimes you think you need to carry all of that for others and that it helps them. Well, even if you take it on for them, chances are that they will bring it back to themselves because there is something there that they must take care of and clear for themselves, so NOW you both have it! Not your best choice, huh?
Time to let it all go and do that energetic spring cleaning for yourself!
