When you align and agree with something or resist and react to something you are in polarity and judgement. Polarity and judgment don’t give you choice. Alignment and agreement is the positive polarity and resistance and reaction is the negative polarity. When you step out of polarity and judgment, you are being in Allowance.
Allowance has no judgment, it has no polarity. Allowance is like being a rock in a stream and everything just flows around you. Allowance gives you total choice.
If you choose the positive or negative polarity, you have less choice.
