The word “AND” is an amazing word.
It links concepts, objects, people and everything else together.
It’s like the invitation to more. Kind of the way a question is.
However, people don’t often see it that way.
People get to a place in their lives where they regret and resent everything in their past and believe that the present and the future are going to be just a repetition of the past.
I invite you to look at it a different way.
Have gratitude for whatever occurred in the past and what it created that got you here now. Then invite the new future.
It’s like saying:
- I ate my main course, am grateful for what it was, AND now I choose to have dessert!
- I made it through high school AND now I choose to move on to college
- All of this stuff occurred in my past AND I choose something different for my future
Create a new future.

“And” what can you create now that you have never created before or resisted creating before that would move you into the life you desire to have? Using “I” instead of “YOU”
