Secrets to Getting Unstuck

You create patterns and systems in your life. Getting unstuck is all about letting go of those patterns. When you can break that pattern and let go of those autopilot settings, then you can start getting into what you would like to be happening in your life.

When you feel stuck, it’s time to do something different, something new.

When you get stuck, start asking questions.

Questions open up the energy. They let the universe know that you’re open to something different, something new showing up.

When you’re getting stuck, start asking questions.

  • “What is it that’s creating this for me?”
  • “What lesson is it that perhaps the university is presenting to me that I’m avoiding or ignoring?”

A lot of times you pretend those lessons don’t exist.

Start telling the universe, “I would like to get beyond this, this time. What is it that I need to learn? What is it that I need to do or stop doing?”

Sometimes it’s those things that you need to stop doing that are what is holding you back because you keep thinking, “I have to keep doing this,” and maybe you don’t. Maybe it’s time for you to let go of it.

If you’re stuck, maybe go do something else for a little while. What is it that would get your creative juices flowing again? Maybe simply going outside for ten minutes, fifteen minutes and being in nature. Let whatever it is that’s blocking you start to dissipate so that when you come back to it, you can start anew and start letting the realizations and the awareness start flowing again.

If you still feel stuck, then ask, “What is it that I need to let go of here that is blocking my energy?”

Patterns:

When you start sensing patterns in your life that result in keeping you stuck, acknowledge it by saying, “I’m starting down this path again. What is it that I’m going through here that perhaps I need to deal with or get unstuck in it or heal it so that I can move beyond it?”

Get present with what it is you’re going through at the moment and say, “What is it that’s creating this and what’s my next step for letting it go?”

Sometimes it’s being aware of the fact that that’s what it is and then saying, “I’m willing to let it go. What’s it going to take for me to let it go? What different choices can I make that will break this pattern?”

Then listen for the reply from the Universe / God / Source. Be aware of changes and shifts, of different choices showing up, of people showing up, of all the things that get sent your way to assist you.

It’s all about letting go of those patterns and systems that you created that allow you to run autopilot in your life. It’s time to let go of the autopilot so you can stop saying, “When this happens, I always do this action. When this happens, I always do this action,” and get to what you would like to be happening in your life.

When you break the pattern, you delete the autopilot settings so the next time you do action A your standard action B isn’t necessarily there to be the next thing you do. You get to choose something different instead. It allows you to create something completely different and preferably something that is a benefit to you. That actually is something that you enjoy. It’s something that nurtures you, something that lets you have the strength to go on.

In summary, Want to get unstuck? Ask more questions. Questions tell the universe, “I’m open to change. I’m open to something different. Bring it on.”

It’s time to bring on something different and get you moving!
