Gratitude For Your Life

Thanksgiving was last week, and I thought I would share some gratitude with you.

I drew three cards from my Gratitude for Life Cards and randomly chose one weekly contemplation statement.

The cards are:

  • 3 things I can stop judging about my body
  • 3 things I can let go of right now
  • 3 recent accomplishments I have made

And the statement is: What prevents me from giving myself credit for the amazing being that I am?

Now what?

When I created the cards and journal, I did it so the topics would be varied and you could really contemplate many areas of your life and all there is to be grateful there.
