You Were Only Supposed To Climb The Mountains

These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb.

– Najwa Zebian

Are you carrying mountains?

So often people get through an experience (climb a mountain) and then keep carrying it.

Do you do that?

Do you keep the mountain with you as a reminder or as proof that you got through it or as a warning or whatever, rather than blessing it and releasing it?

Ask yourself if carrying the mountain is truly helping you. Or is it a burden that continues to weigh you down and keep you from moving forward into something new?

You don’t have to carry any mountains. You can climb them, be grateful for the lesson and the experience, and let them go.

Wave goodbye to the mountains as you release them and experience the lightness and freedom!

Go for it!
