Creating Peace and Relaxation

I taught a Karuna Reiki® Master class over the weekend. It included within it a World Peace Meditation that was very soothing and peaceful as you experienced the River of Peace.

We so rarely allow ourselves to be peaceful and relaxed what with the constant bombardment of world events, news, social media, etc that keeps our adrenaline amped up all of the time.

Another way to calm that adrenaline overload down is with an Access Bars session. The session will help you release a lot of stress and tension.

So, being in the River of Peace and getting a Bars session! Amazing things! Just ask me!
