This week’s blog is based on a Facebook post from my friend Frank concerning quitting your life.

You really do get to choose what you keep in your life and what goes. Yes, there are things in your life that you must do and must take care of, however, you have a choice in how that looks and how it gets done.
You really do have so many more choices and possibilities than you think you do, you just need to invite them to show up and then choose.
All the oaths, vows, swearings, comealties, fealties, contracts, agreements, commitments, curses, bindings, blood oaths, covenants, duties, sentences, agreements, hexes, and anything else like that you have from any lifetime, dimension, reality, place, space or time to continue doing what isn’t working in your life, to continue trying to make every choice work would you please revoke, recant, rescind, reclaim, renounce, denounce and destroy and uncreate it all times a godzillion? Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD, POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys and Beyonds®.
What choice have you been unwilling to choose, who and what have you been unwilling to be that if you would choose and be it would shift and change what isn’t working in your life? Using “I” instead of “YOU”
