Are You Right or Wrong?

March 15 was NATIONAL EVERYTHING YOU THINK IS WRONG DAY

March 16 was NATIONAL EVERYTHING YOU DO IS RIGHT DAY

Are you right or are you wrong? Does it matter?

Do you look at things as right or wrong, good or bad?

It’s all judgment!

How much are you judging yourself? How much are you always judging others?

When you are always making yourself wrong or believing that you are always wrong, how does that make you feel? Is it true that you are always wrong or are you letting the judgments of others make you believe that?

Where do you think you are always right or must always be right? Is that true? What is that creating in your relationships with others?

Whether you are right or whether you are wrong, how much judgment is involved in all that and how is it affecting other parts of your life? A little reflection and release can make huge changes!

Judgment takes a lot of work. You have to keep justifying it and defending it and proving it!

Plus, when you are judging, you tend to ignore everything that doesn’t match the judgment and conclusion you have. Thus you miss any other options, anything that might have been close to what you were looking for but didn’t quite match up to how you judged it needed to be to be “right.”

Is that how you would truly like to live?

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to let go of all the stress and strain of having to justify, prove and defend?

Perhaps now is the time to let go of all that judgment. Let all those times and places that you must always be right or always be wrong and start simply being in allowance of what is taking place.

Can you simply allow the energy of the situation to flow around and passed you?

Does that have a sense of relief for you?

Start now. Choose one of the things that are stressing you and ask what judgments you can release there? Be open to it. Allow the judgments to fade. Better now?

Then choose another then another. Keep going! You’re on a roll now!

Congratulations!

It’s definitely a practice that can change your life!
