Stress and Expectations

Sometimes what you experience, like anger or upset or stress, is not actually yours. You are picking it up from those around you and assume it MUST be yours since you are aware of it. You can use the Access tool: “Return to sender with consciousness attached” to return that energy. It is not wrong to return it. Since it is not yours in the first place, you can’t actually “fix it”. The person must deal with it themselves in order to clear it for them.

Where people expecting lots from you or you expecting lots from yourself

The other thing you get from others is their expectations of you, which may not be anything that will work for you. AND you send out what you expect from others, which might not be something that works for them either. So these expectations are there that don’t fit what you or the other person really desire to have in your lives, and it creates more stress and frustration.

Using “I” instead of “YOU”
