I once had a client who came to me to release the limitations of her relationships and all the heaviness involved. I asked her to do “Return to Sender” on all the stuff she had taken on for others. She told me she couldn’t do that with all the stuff she was carrying for her children because that was what a mother has to do. So she wouldn’t do it and never came back.
Are you doing that too? Have you decided there are certain things you MUST do because you are a mother, father, son, daughter, doctor, employer, minister, etc? How is that working out for you?
