Today marks 51 years since the Apollo 11 astronauts first walked on the moon on July 20, 1969.
It got me thinking about being FIRST, the top, the only, the most important, the leader and all that sort of thing. For what reason do we celebrate that or make it so significant? What makes people strive for all of that?
What have you made so vital, valuable and real about being first, the top, the only, the most important, the leader that keeps you believing you are not good enough if you aren’t first, only, top or most important?
