You pick up a lot of stuff from others and may not even realize it. You are like a satellite dish, receiving the thoughts, feelings and emotions of everyone around you. And then often you believe that since you are aware of all of that, that it just actually be yours. However, the majority of it is NOT yours; and when you try to fix it or change it, you can’t, because it isn’t yours to begin with.
So returning all of that back to the universe gets it out of your world and back out into the universe as just energy!
All of the projections, expectations, separations, judgments and rejections that are affecting you in any way that are coming from you or to you or coming from anybody else, will you destroy and uncreate them all and return them to sender with consciousness attached?
