This week I was doing clearings with my body and asking what my body required in order to change some of what was going on with it. The term “entitled” popped into my head.
It seems that I believe that some things are entitled to be in my body and to continue to create things like fat and aging in my body.
Where did all THAT come from? It was a surprise to me!
Perhaps it is a cultural thing. I hear so many people comment “That’s just the way it is.” or “I’m just getting old.” and other things like that, as if it is a foregone conclusion that all of that aging, illness, decay and so forth MUST happen to us.
I still believe it is a choice to buy into all of that and that you can change it!
SO I created a few clearings for some of them.
