Cliché Phrases Creating Digestive Problems

Do you often use cliché phrases to describe behaviors? What you may not realize is that those phrases are giving orders to your body when you use them. The ones I would like to cover this week are:

“Swallowing your words”, “Eating your words”, and “Choking back your words.”

Are you doing those things, even if you don’t say those phrases out loud or to yourself? Do you believe that you have to swallow your words, eat your words, or choke them back to prevent something bad from happening?

What is that creating in your body? How many words have you “eaten”? What is that doing to your body and your digestion?

Let’s clear all that now.
