Caring for Others

Continuing with more clearings from the series I did called Learning to Love Your Body And Your Life Again

Another thing we often do is to deny how much we care about people and events because we think it makes us vulnerable or because we think we shouldn’t care anymore. If you can just acknowledge that you really DO CARE, often it creates more ease for you.

Or perhaps you think or have been told that you SHOULD care about something, but you don’t.

Using “I” instead of “YOU”
