Sometimes when we gather with family and friends it can cause stress and friction, even if we care for them a great deal. So any time that you have to gather with people for any reason and start to feel stress or difficulty, ask if it is yours. You may be picking it up from them, so return it.

Using “I” instead of “YOU”
