Gratitude for Creation on the Summer Solstice

Today we celebrate the Summer Solstice and recognize it as the time when the sun is at its northernmost point from the equator, the day with the most daylight in the northern hemisphere.

The Solstice has traditionally been a time of rejoicing and the celebration of the fertility of the earth and its people.

In 2019 I did a Summer Solstice blessing of gratitude to everything and everyone who lives upon, within and around this Earth.

Today I would like to share that meditation with you.

You can watch it on YouTube by clicking here

And as I said in the meditation:

It is with a grateful heart that we celebrate all that we have and all that we are and send a blessing of our gratitude to this Earth, all life on it and our Creator.

We ask to live in balance and harmony with each other and all living things.

We give thanks for this day, each other, the Earth Mother our home, for the abundance in our lives and the abundant gratitude we feel in our own hearts.

We honor our blessings and we choose to remember them each day. We ask the God, Source, Universe, Creator to help us remember. Thank you.

We are all one.”

Happy Summer Solstice.
