April Fun Not April Fools
Do you play practical jokes on April Fool’s Day?
I’ve never been much for practical jokes, especially if they upset the person who is the subject of the joke.
So this April Fool’s Day I got to thinking. How about rather than having “fun” at other people’s expense, you had fun WITH other people?
Yes, find some fun activities to do with them.
Go to a movie or for a walk.
Look at old pictures.
Reminisce about old times.
Watch silly cat and dog videos on the computer.
Go out to dinner.
Go swimming.
Play games.
Find something that everyone likes and do it together.
Build and enrich your relationships rather than tear them down.
I believe that you will find it so much more rewarding in the long run than playing practical jokes.
Just a short message for this April Fool’s Day!
Have fun!
